About this notice
This notice describes how personal information is handled through the DG Protocol website. DG Protocol is currently a project operated from Taiwan, before the incorporation of a company.

Information we receive
When you submit the contact form, we receive your name, email address, company name if provided, and your message. Please only include information relevant to your enquiry.
Cloudflare provides hosting and security services. Turnstile, which protects the form against automated abuse, processes technical signals such as your IP address and browser information.
How information is used
We use your enquiry to respond to you, understand your needs and prepare proposals related to your request. We also use technical information to operate and protect the website and form.
We do not use contact form information to send newsletters or advertising. Required fields are needed to process your enquiry; the company field is optional.
Service providers and access
Only the person operating DG Protocol has access to the enquiry mailbox. Service providers also process information as part of delivering their services: Cloudflare for hosting and form protection, Resend for email delivery, and Microsoft 365, purchased through GoDaddy, for the mailbox.

How long enquiries are kept
Enquiries that do not become projects will be deleted 12 months after the last contact. If an enquiry leads to a professional engagement, information about the relevant processing and retention periods will be provided separately.
Website statistics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand visits, page views, referral sources, countries, devices and browsers, and to measure page loading performance. These statistics help us understand how the website is used and improve its performance.
According to Cloudflare, its analytics beacon does not use cookies or local browser storage to collect these metrics. More information: https://www.cloudflare.com/web-analytics/.
Browser storage
The website uses local browser storage to remember the language you select (dgp-language). Cloudflare Turnstile also uses local storage within its verification component (cf.turnstile.u) as part of its anti-abuse operation.
Turnstile pre-clearance is disabled, so this feature is not used to issue a cf_clearance cookie. Other hosting or security features may use technical cookies when required by their operation. We do not use advertising cookies.
Your requests and updates
You can contact contact@dgprotocol.com to request access to, correction or deletion of your information, or to exercise other rights available under applicable law. We may need limited additional information to verify your identity.
This notice will be updated when the handling of information changes, including when the company is incorporated.
